Before you start
Use your own business account and an email address you can access. Have the business information requested by the verification flow ready. The documents and options shown can depend on your business type.
- Download BOS.PAY through the iOS or Android links on our Get the app page.
- Create or sign in to your account and check the business you are working in.
- Open Verify Account from Manage Account and follow the verification flow available to you.
Prepare your payment setup
Configure a receiving address for the supported asset and network you intend to accept. A wallet address alone does not confirm that the wallet or provider supports a particular token or network. Check those details with your receiving-wallet provider.
- Review the receiving address carefully before saving it.
- Add the products you need for your first sale, checking price and stock information.
- Arrange staff access for the people who will use the app, instead of sharing your sign-in.
Check your first sale
Create a small, intentional sale when you are ready to accept a real payment. Read the amount, asset and network instructions before your customer pays. Follow the payment status in BOS.PAY and check the receiving record. A payment request being created is not the same as payment being completed.
If you cannot continue
Note the screen name and exact error message. Contact support with your business name, app version and the step that is blocked. Send verification documents only through the verification flow or a secure channel confirmed by support.
