Business verification
In Manage Account, use Verify Account to open the verification options. Follow the prompts for your business type and check that the details agree with the documents you provide. Submission does not by itself mean that verification has been approved.
- Review any request for additional information in the verification flow.
- Check that documents are legible and belong to the business or person the prompt identifies.
- If the status is unclear, send support the displayed status and when you submitted.
Sign-in trouble
Check that you are using the email associated with the account or staff invitation. Use the recovery options presented by the sign-in flow. Never give another person your password, sign-in code or app passcode to troubleshoot access.
An option is missing
Some Manage Account actions are restricted by role, including products, staff, verification and settings. Ask the business owner or an authorised administrator to check your role. Creating another account may leave you outside the intended business rather than fixing the permission issue.
What to include in a support request
Include your business name, account email, the affected screen and the error or status shown. Say whether you are the owner or a staff member. Redact unrelated personal information from screenshots; do not put identity documents into a general enquiry.
