Pending and payment detected
Pending means the request has not yet reached its paid state. Payment detected or confirmed may appear as intermediate information while processing continues. A request’s status and the final receiving-wallet balance describe different parts of the payment journey.
Paid
The request is recorded as paid. Review the associated payment details if you need to trace the transfer or settlement. If you cannot find funds in your receiving wallet, verify the wallet, network and asset before treating it as a missing customer payment.
Expired or cancelled
An expired request has passed its payment window; a cancelled request is no longer an active request to pay. Neither label reverses a blockchain transfer. If a customer sent funds before or after one of these status changes, keep the original reference and contact support to investigate.
- Check whether the customer already sent a transfer.
- Keep the original link and reference with your records.
- Create a new request only after you have established that it will not duplicate a payment.
A status looks wrong
Compare the request with the transaction evidence. Include both the displayed status and transaction hash in your support request. Do not assume that manually recording a card or cash sale changes the crypto payment’s status.
